Depending on the circumstances of Your business, especially in active trading situations, it may be useful or necessary to have an enhanced presence of Your company in Seychelles, over and above the mandatory minimum domestic presence. Such enhanced presence for an offshore company can be provided by using some optional services, known as "virtual office facility" - essentially, an advanced communication and management services package.

In standard configuration, a Seychelles IBC would only have a Registered Address and Registered Agent in Seychelles, thus meeting the mandatory minimum domestic presence requirements. However, the usage of the Registered Address for routine business purposes is usually very limited. An additional functionality can be provided to an IBC by choosing some of the optional virtual office services.

A virtual office facility may include mail and fax forwarding service, shared or dedicated telephone and fax numbers, telephone call handling service, document preparation and re-mailing service. Using one or more of these optional services will contribute a more substantial "bricks and mortar" appearance for Your Seychelles IBC.

This is a brief description of the virtual office services, as provided by Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd in Seychelles. Any of the services mentioned herein are only provided to active Seychelles IBC`s to which Fidelity Corporate Services provides the Registered Agent and Registered Address. Any of these services will cease immediately and without notice if the company is discontinued, loses the status of good standing or changes its Registered Agent.

Mail and Fax Forwarding Service

The company will be provided with a street address and a domestic fax number in the Seychelles. All mail or fax correspondence addressed to the Company will be attended to and forwarded to the client. The type of forwarding (mail, courier, fax, email) and its frequency can be chosen by the client. Mail handling costs and charges (at cost) are applicable on top of the fixed annual service fee. These costs may vary, depending on the volume of correspondence.

The address location and the fax numbers provided to the client company under this service will normally be shared between several different Seychelles IBC`s. Only mail that is clearly addressed to a particular Company will be forwarded.

Document Re-Mailing Service

This service enables You to prepare and send out Your commercial documents (like invoices or commercial offers) from Your IBC`s office in Seychelles. Such documents shall be sent to us in electronic format (doc or pdf) with respective intended recipients and their postal addresses clearly indicated in the body of such documents. Unless agreed otherwise, we will not provide signatures on any such documents. Documents will be printed "as is" and mailed as indicated. We will wish to verify the contents of the documents and will not distribute documents in pre-sealed envelopes. In addition to the fixed annual service fee, handling charges will be applied to each outgoing unit of correspondence (letter or package).

Telephone Confirmation (Call Handling) Service

A shared domestic telephone line (different and separate from the regular business lines of Fidelity Corporate Services) will be used to take calls and telephone messages on behalf of Your Seychelles IBC. This service will provide You with a local telephone number, which You can show in Your corporate stationery. Call handling service is only available during the official business hours in Seychelles.

One telephone line will be used to provide the call handling service to a reasonable amount of unrelated Seychelles companies. While the incoming call will not be automatically answered in any particular company name, if this service has been engaged, we will confirm upon request that the caller has reached the Seychelles office the particular company. We will also request the caller to state his business and leave his contact information. We will ask to take message and, if such message is provided, it will be forwarded to You electronically.

Normally, we will not engage into any interactive and detailed business communication on behalf of Your company over the telephone, and we will not make any business representations or statements as regards Your company`s business. Any calls may be recorded for further reference purposes.
