PREMIUM INCORPORATION PACKAGE - $1350
This package is designed to deal with a critical offshore tax-planning question:

“Where, and by whom is the offshore company actually managed?”

A proper offshore company must be able to demonstrate that it functions “at arms length” from its actual owner. It is not enough to merely register a company in a tax haven. To be considered seriously for any tax purposes, the IBC must also be managed from an offshore location!

This package features our in-house professional directorship and business administration service, plus the shareholding service for added confidentiality. The business administration service includes an office (street) address in Seychelles, handling of faxes and business correspondence, execution of contracts and commercial documents, and basic consulting and advice.

This package is designed for those individuals, who live and do business in highly-regulated, high-tax countries. It is for those clients, who prefer not to cut corners.

The $1350 Seychelles Premium Incorporation Package includes the following:

• Seychelles IBC formation and all primary documents.
• The company registration fee to the Seychelles government.
• A set of copies of the primary documents certified by Notary and Apostille for international use.
• Registered agent service for one year.
• Corporate directorship service for one year.

(!) The bank account introduction is not included in this package. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in jurisdictions of their own choice. Our professional fee for a bank account introduction is $500. A number of selected offshore banks is available.

The annual management fee for this package is $1000, starting from the 2nd year. This includes the Government license fee, registered agent, shareholder service, director and business administration.

BASIC INCORPORATION PACKAGE - $ 830

A basic setup with an acceptable minimum of services. Main advantages: low cost and direct operation. The catch: you will be seen managing the offshore company from your own home. Your national tax office may not take it kindly.

This package is designed for those lucky individuals, who live and work in a country where they can afford to be seen as directly owning and managing their own offshore company. This configuration presumes a direct, hands-on operation of the IBC by the company owner.

Important(!) - if you live in, or hold a passport of a high-tax country with an aggressive and efficient tax office, this is a highly risky setup for you.

As an absolute minimum, a new Seychelles IBC formation would involve the one-time legal work to establish the IBC, the payment of the appropriate registration fee to the Seychelles government and the provision of the mandatory registered agent service for the company in Seychelles.
